LSDP Team Building

The VF Internal Audit Charter calls for recruitment, development and placement of associates into positions of continued leadership in VF. A serious commitment is made by VF to the Leadership Skills Development Program ("LSDP") of VF Internal Audit. The program extendeds over three years, with six sessions held (two per year). The program follows three tracks: (1) Leadership and Behavioral Development; (2) VF's Value Chain; and (3) Accounting and Audit, and consists of over 160 hours of cumulative development effort. |
Apart from the formal development efforts undertaken through the LSDP, the forum also provides an opportunity for fellowship between our associates who travel the world helping assure our success. Internal Audit teams gather from all over the world in Greensboro, NC. |

A Guest Speaker

The VF Value Chain track is typically classroom based and consists of dozens of senior subject matter experts from many of the Company's functions, who volunteer their time to teach our associates the fundamental aspects of VF's operating model. The content of these sessions is simply first-class and the pace is intense. |
| During the conference week we also take
the opportunity to get better acquainted and participate in certain
friendly competitive events. For example, we all attempted to apply
our best artistic talents to the art of pottery-making. We think it is very useful to stretch our associates into domains they aren't typically exposed to. |
